Hey everyone, I’m Kendric Smith, founder of D1Expectation — a mindset and life-coaching brand built around the phrase “The Expectation Never Stops.”
I’m a former D1 athlete, and I know firsthand what it’s like chasing big goals when the odds are against you. I went from LSU walk-on to Juco and then earned an FBS scholarship, and that journey taught me everything about resilience, belief, and keeping that expectation alive.
Now, I use that same drive to help young athletes and former players navigate life beyond the game — through motivation, mentorship, and money management. I’m also a former financial advisor, so we bring the full picture — mindset, legacy, and financial stability — into what we do.
